Have you ever heard about oxidative stress? It’s the stress caused by low consuming of vitamin food. Oxidative stress can lead to broken cells, accelerate aging and lead to heart disease, cancer and diabetes. In order to avoid those unwanted stress effect, its better to eat vitamin food in large amount.
Would you like to try this vitamin food? I give you some recommendation.
Bitter Gourd
It tastes bitter! The truth is, beside the bitter taste, Bitter Gourd has high amount of vitamin C for preventing spots in face and acting as an anti wrinkle agent. Bitter Gourd also can lower sugar blood level by preventing intestine to absorb sugar. So this can act as an anti diabetic.
French Beans
This vitamin food contains B-cytosterol and stigma sterol, both can increase insulin production to lower sugar blood level. Usually, a person with diabetic problems is not able to or just can produce small amount of insulin. That person needs B-cytosterol and stigma sterol to induce pancreas to raise the insulin production.
Long Beans
Long Beans contains protein, calcium, phosphor, Fe, vitamin B1, B2 and C. I found interesting facts that long beans can enhance your breast and make it tight. Take a handful of long bean nut; mash it until the extract is out, than rub that on your breast. Do it twice a week.
What I wrote above are some green vegetables which can be found easily in my place-in Indonesia. Do you have other suggestions? Please share!
